Ingredients list for the cucumber ginger smoothie

  • 1 1/2 cups (375ml) water
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 avocado peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and seeded
  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Directions 

1. Add ingredients to a blender and blend on low then increase to highest speed for 30 seconds.
