- 1 can (14oz – 400g) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 or 4 rectangular shortbread cookies (you can use this recipe)

Directions
1. To make the ice cream yule log: In a mixing bowl, combine the condensed milk, whipping cream, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a silicone mold or a stainless steel mold lined with parchment paper.
3. Arrange the shortbread cookies on the surface of the mixture into the mold, pressing slightly.
4. Transfer to your freezer, ensuring the mold is horizontal. Allow to set for 3 to 4 hours. When ready, remove from the freezer and wait for 5 minutes to turn the mold upside down onto a rectangular serving plate. You can sprinkle the ice cream yule log with lemon zest or chocolate shavings. Enjoy! ❤️
