What we liked: The grill is made of one piece without any welds, so the handles cannot break because of heat. The sides are bent up to create a lip and give us an edge to flip and turn food. The holes are not actually holes, but rather they are slits, so you don’t worry about food slipping through the spaces. It works perfectly for a large range of foods and not only veggies, but it’s also great for fruits (hmm grilled peaches!), fish and seafood. The pan is easy to clean and dishwasher safe.
