The principle of this recipe is simple: a large, melting potato is hollowed along its length with an apple corer. Unlike our previous braided stuffed vegetable recipe, we will work on a whole potato. The stuffing is made of cheese, herbs, and possibly ham, then enclosed with a plug of potato. Everything is baked for 40 minutes or more in parchment paper or aluminum foil.

Place each potato in a parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Place in the oven and bake for 45 minutes. Take them out of the oven and unwrap gently. Eat as an accompaniment. Enjoy!
