Editor: Herbs are what makes your dish “pop”, that why you should have a maximum of possibilities at hand. Note that dried herbs have a stronger flavor than fresh aromatic herbs. Try to keep a mini herbs garden in your kitchen, to pick up fresh flavors everyday!
Herbs with a strong flavor:
- Coriander
- Tarragon
- Fennel
- Laurel or Bay
- Rosemary:
- Sage
- Green and peppery mint
- Thyme
Herbs with mild flavor:
- Dill
- Basil
- Chervil
- Chives
- Oregano
- Parsley
