Ingredients you need for the Whipped Ricotta Dip with Balsamic and Cranberries

2 cups whole milk ricotta 2 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper 1/2 teaspoon crushed red chili pepper flakes

Directions

1. To make the whipped ricotta dip: In a medium bowl, add ricotta and beat with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about a minute.

2. Spread the whipped ricotta in a shallow dish, and drizzle with the balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

3. Sprinkle chopped cranberries on top of the whipped ricotta dip, and finish off with fresh thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, and red chili pepper flakes. Refrigerate the whipped ricotta dip or serve immediately with toasted bread or crackers. Enjoy! ❤️
