  • 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Freshly-cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh chopped cilantro

Directions

1. Add feta, garlic, olive oil, and black pepper to a food processor. Blend until smooth.

2. Transfer to a bowl and combine with tomato, cucumber, and green bell pepper. Add lemon juice and season with black pepper and give a quick stir.

3. Drizzle with more olive oil and garnish with cilantro and serve immediately with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
