Ingredients list for the Cheese Salad Dip

  • 1 cup Feta cheese, coarsely crumbled or diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Freshly-cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh chopped cilantro

Directions

1. Add feta, garlic, olive oil, and black pepper to a food processor. Blend until smooth.

2. Transfer to a bowl and combine with tomato, cucumber, and green bell pepper. Add lemon juice and season with black pepper and give a quick stir.

3. Drizzle with more olive oil and garnish with cilantro and serve immediately with tortilla chips. Enjoy!

Note: You can refrigerate the cheese salad dip in a sealed container for up to 3 days. Enjoy!
