Ingredients you need for the Easy Green Chile Pork Soup
Directions
1. To make the green chile pork soup: Heat the olive oil in a large stock pot or Dutch oven and sauté the diced pork for 5 minutes over medium heat – stirring cumin and coriander after 2 minutes.
2. Add the onion and celery and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, then add garlic and jalapeño and continue to cook for another minute.
3. Stir in the salsa verde and chicken stock. Bring the green chile pork soup to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer for 15 minutes.
