These pumpkin chocolate chips cookies are bursting with pumpkin spice flavor! Easy to make and sure to be a hit, bake these heavenly pumpkin and chocolate cookies and win over hearts this fall season!
Ingredients you need for the Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
Directions
1. To make the pumpkin chocolate chip cookies: Preheat your oven to 375ºF (190ºC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In large bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, pumpkin pie spices, and cinnamon. Set aside.
3. Cream together butter and sugar until combined. Beat in eggs and vanilla until fluffy. Fold in the pumpkin puree and maple syrup
4. Mix the dry and wet ingredients until combined then add the chocolate chips and mix well.
5. Form golf-sized balls and arrange them on your baking sheet.
6. Bake the pumpkin chocolate chip cookies in your preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes. Take the cookies out when they are just starting to turn brown. Let your pumpkin chocolate chip cookies sit on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before removing them to a cooling rack and allowing them to cool down. Enjoy! ❤️
