Directions

1. To make the pumpkin spice latte: In a tall mug, mix together the hot coffee with the pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup. Divide into two cups.

2. Steam the almond milk and add it to the coffee in each cup. Or you can simply heat the milk in a saucepan or microwave – make sure you don’t let it boil.

3. Top your pumpkin spice latte with a dollop of whipping cream (optional) and more pumpkin pie spices if desired. Enjoy!
