Ingredient list for the beet cappuccino recipe

  • 1 cooked beetroot
  • Salt, pepper, parsley
  • Chopped garlic
  • Whipping cream
  • Philadelphia or other fresh cheese — goat cheese
  • Chives

Directions

1. Mix the whipping cream with a little Philadelphia cheese or fresh goat’s cheese and set aside.

2. Mix beets with your seasoning and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.

3. Pour into small glasses and pour the whipped cream on top with the help of a pastry bag. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
