Soup was great. I used the immersion blender and added baby spinach at the end. Will definitely make it again.

Can I make this soup without a ham bone ? Could I add chopped cooked lean ham cubes ?

This is a delicious soup. I use an immersion blender after it’s finished cooking to get it to a thick consistency that we like.
