Ingredients list for the lemon ginger detox tea
- 2 bags of green tea
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 organic lemon, sliced
- 1 knob (1-inch) fresh ginger
- 4 cloves
- 4 tablespoons honey
Directions
1. Wash the lemon and slice it in half. Squeeze and collect the juice from the other half. Peel and grate ginger.
2. Boil 2 cups of water and pour it into a tea kettle. Add lemon juice, lemon slices, honey, grated ginger, and cloves.
3. Let steep for 5 minutes and serve, garnished with minced ginger, clove, and lemon slices for an extra lemony flavor.
