Ingredients list for the chicken spinach salad meal prep recipe
- 2 cups pasta (we used farfalle)
- 1lb (450g) chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 5oz (150g) spinach
- 2 tablespoons light ranch dressing (or any creamy dressing you like)
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes, optional

Directions
1. To make the chicken spinach pasta salad meal prep: Cook pasta al dente according to package directions.
2. Once pasta is almost done, prep a bowl of ice water and soak the pasta to stop the cooking and chill the pasta. Drain the cooked pasta thoroughly.
3. In a large salad bowl, toss together your spinach, shredded chicken, and pasta, with the ranch dressing.
4. Divide into meal prep containers, sprinkle with red chili pepper flakes and black pepper, and chill in the fridge until ready to go. Enjoy! ❤️
