Here is the amaretti cookies recipe… yet very simple, easily made, perfect for small sweets that come with your coffee … Prepared quickly: ate quickly, there are fewer scruples like that!! Because when you make a recipe that takes time and people eat it in no time… there’s something to be utterly frustrated, am I right?

Ingredient: Amaretti Cookies Recipe
- 1/2 cup (90g) sugar
- 1 cup (100g) of almond powder
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 coffee spoon of bitter almond oil (or Amaretto)
Directions
Mix the sugar and almonds.
Add the egg white and almond extract.
Mix well.
Let stand 20 minutes in a cool place with plastic wrap in contact with the dough.
Preheat oven to 360°F (180°c).
Make small balls that you place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Place your baking sheet on another baking sheet (if not, you’ll have to watch the cooking to prevent any burn)
Cook 17 minutes for soft amaretti cookies or 25 minutes for crisp amaretti.
