Ingredients Rolls ham and cheese recipe
- 4 slices of Bayonne ham
- 100 grams of cheese spreads, or type Kiri St Moret
- 4 sprigs of basil
- 4 chives
- A pinch of curry
- 1 pinch of grated nutmeg
- 4 toothpicks
Preparation Rolls ham and cheese
- Cut the chives into small pieces. Mix each serving with cheese, chives, basil, curry and nutmeg.
- Spread the ham slices, place each of the four preparations on a slice of Bayonne ham. Then roll the slices and pick in the middle with a toothpick.
- We can cut each sausage into two or three to make smaller portions.
Wine suggestion for Rolls Ham And Cheese : a bandol (Rosé, Provence), or All kinds of fresh drinks.
For a better presentation of Rolled ham, cut slightly the ends of each slice after rolling.
For cheese, all types of cheese with herbs may be appropriate (eg Boursin, washer, and ….) Tartare with Italian ham, make Ricotta by adding chopped garlic and herbs including basil.
