Ingredient list for the spring mix salad
Serves 6
- 1 jar of green asparagus
- 1 jar of artichoke hearts
- 1 jar of piquillos
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 orange bell pepper
- 1/2 cucumber
- Radish sprouts
- 5-6 red tomatoes
- 2 black tomatoes
- 3-4 small white onions
- 1 ball of buffalo mozzarella
- Olive oil
- A dash of sherry vinegar
- Salt-pepper
Instructions
1. Wash all vegetables and fruits, and then dry them.
2. Prepare the vinaigrette with olive oil, a dash of vinegar, salt, and pepper.
3. Cut everything in small cubes or pieces according to the amount that you want in a large bowl and drizzle with vinaigrette.
4. Mix all and serve. I told you it was simple!
