These No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars make for a quick and easy snack or dessert. These bars are gluten free, vegan, dairy free, they take only 6 ingredients and 10 minutes to prep. You’re warned: it’s near impossible to eat just one!

- 3 cups rolled oats, blended in a blender or food processor
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup coconut oil

Directions
1. Line a baking sheet or deep baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, add rolled oats and sesame seeds and set aside. In a microwave safe bowl, combine all other ingredients (chocolate chips, peanut butter, honey, coconut oil) and heat until melted. Remove from microwave and whisk until completely incorporated.
3. Pour the chocolate and peanut butter mixture over the oats and mix until completely combined. Pour into the lined baking dish and refrigerate until firm, about an hour. Remove and cut into bars.
