Serves: 1-2

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/2 cup coconut or almond milk
  • Juice of 1/2 Lime
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • Fresh turmeric root, grated for garnish
  • Shredded coconut, for garnish


1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit more coconut milk. Garnish with grated turmeric and coconut flakes.
