Ingredients list for Pear Green Smoothie
Yield: About 2 cups
- 1 large handful of lamb’s lettuce
- 1 pear
- 1 cup (25cl) apple juice
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 knob of ginger
Directions
1. Wash, peel and chop all fruits & vegetables.
2. Pulse everything with a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy right away!
