Ingredient list for the orange carrot breakfast smoothie

Makes 2

  • 1 frozen carrot
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • ½ cup organic rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) water
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Crushed pistacchio, for garnish

Directions

1. Place all ingredients into your blender and pulse until smooth. Top with crushed pistachio and enjoy!
