Directions
1. To make the no-bake peanut butter oatmeal cookies: In a large salad bowl, combine oatmeal, peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract with a sturdy wooden spoon.
2. When combined, add chocolate chips and continue mixing until incorporated.
3. Using a cookie or ice cream scoop, scoop out gold sized balls of dough and flatten on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
