• ¼ cup popcorn kernels
• About 13/4 oz (50g) milk chocolate, chopped

Directions

1. To make the chocolate popcorn: Using a hot air popper, freshly pop the kernels—Alternatively, pop on the stove with a tablespoon oil. Once the popcorn is fully popped, transfer to a large salad bowl.

2. Place chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl covered by a paper towel and melt for 45 seconds to 1 minute. The key is for the chocolate chips to completely melt and have a smooth consistency. Stir and reheat if necessary.

3. Drizzle the hot chocolate over the popcorn kernels and stir well to combine. Spread the chocolate popcorn on parchment paper and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
