Help! How Can I Make a Good Roast Lamb Shank?

How Can I Make Roast Lamb ShankQuestion: “I have a beautiful leg of lamb with a bone and I’d love to roast it in my oven, but I do not know how to do it. I know I can put in a dish or cook it on a pin, what’s the best solution? How about a good sauce to accompany it? Thank you.”

Melaine, rub the roast on its entire surface with a clove of garlic. Then brush with olive oil, cover with cumin powder. Put into a baking dish or a roasting pan with a little water at the bottom, then put in a hot oven. Cooking time depends on the weight of your piece of meat. Water regularly with the juice. To keep your roast tender, let it rest for 15 minutes at least, covered. Serve with baked tomatoes with herbs, stuffed mushrooms, beans.
