Ingredients list for the Cucumber Fennel Smoothie

Makes 1 glass:

  • 1/2 fennel bulb, cleaned and sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, chopped
  • Mint leaves
  • 2/3 cup (150 ml) Greek yogurt
  • 1 ice cube

Directions

1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.

2. Pulse at high speed until smooth. Enjoy the green smoothie sprinkled with fennel greens.
