24 Amazingly Comforting Autumnal Delights

It makes me think about chunky sweaters, crisp falling leaves, and the kitchen, which providing us some of the most delicious dishes. This time of year brings some of my favorite ingredients: Pumpkins, or winter squash, persimmons, pomegranates, pears, brussels sprouts, and off course, apples. And I am always looking for a new fall recipe to make for family gatherings or Thanksgiving dinner. Over the past few years on Eat Well 101, we’ve accumulated some great healthy recipes using all of these gorgeous fall fruits and vegetables.
