It makes me think about chunky sweaters, crisp falling leaves, and the kitchen, which providing us some of the most delicious dishes. This time of year brings some of my favorite ingredients: Pumpkins, or winter squash, persimmons, pomegranates, pears, brussels sprouts, and off course, apples. And I am always looking for a new fall recipe to make for family gatherings or Thanksgiving dinner.
