For fans of goat cheese (including myself) here is an idea that I found very nice.
More than a simple recipe, it’s a matter of changing from the bread slices that we generally use in support of these goats cheeses you love to enjoy with a salad. So we’ll make our own mini goat cheese pizzas!

Ingredients for 8 small warm goat cheese Toasts
- 4 goat cheeses (here Chavignol crotins)
- 1 pizza dough
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- a little thyme
Baked Four Cheese Garlic Spaghetti Squash
Cooking instructions: Warm Goat Cheese Pizza Toasts
Preheat the oven to 360°f (180°c)
Spread pizza dough and make circles of dough using a glass. Arrange the circles on a parchment paper placed on a baking sheet (or Silpat sheet-like ). Brush pizza dough with olive oil and bake 10 minutes.
Cut the goat cheese in 2 in the thickness direction and place each halved cheese on each pre-baked pastry circle, sprinkle with a little thyme and return to oven for 10 minutes.
At the exit, drizzle with honey before eating goats cheese mini pizza toasts immediately!
