Experiment with add-ins: Fresh herbs are nice and better than dried. Try roasted seeds like cumin or fennel, they’re deliciously fragrant. And How about capers or shallot, finely minced? Mustard is also a quite great addition to the mix. Few drops of soy sauce add depth and a strong flavor while lemon juice can completely replace vinegar in some cases.
