Ingredients you need for the Chickpea Salad with Cucumber and Tomato
Directions
1. To make the tomato cucumber chickpea salad: Arrange tomato, chickpeas, cucumber, shallot, and parsley in a large bowl.
2. Add olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small jar. Give a good stir or shake to emulsify.
