1. Sweet and citrusy sangria: stir together white wine, Sprite — you can also use lemon lime sparkling water instead—, pineapple juice, and orange juice. Stir in the slices of fruit. Refrigerate the sangria for about 2 hours before serving.

2. Basil and citrus sangria: Combine water and sugar in a saucepan over high heat. Bring the mixture to a boil and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Turn the heat off and then add the basil leaves. Stir the syrup and let the basil leaves steep for 20 mn. In a large pitcher, combine white wine, italian soda, strawberries, slices of citrus, meyer lemon zest, brandy. Add the cooled basil syrup and stir well. Let the sangria rest for about 1 hour and then serve over ice.

3. Sparkling sangria: In a pitcher, combine quartered nectarine, apricots and peach, all pitted. Stir in peach brandy and let sit at least 1 hour. Add peach nectar and Prosecco. Add confectioner sugar if you feel like it. Then serve chilled.

4. Lavender and Champagne sangria: Put the fruit and pour triple sec in a pitcher. Seal and let macerate over night. In a small sauce pan over low heat, pour in water, sugar and lavender. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Chill. Remove the large pieces of lavender. Open the fruit pitcher, add champagne, stir lightly, add the lavender syrup depending on your taste. Enjoy!
