How to garnish a cocktail for Valentine’s Day
Want to elevate your Valentine’s Day cocktails? Check out these quick tips for adding a romantic touch through garnishes!
- Use fresh strawberries or raspberries: Cut a small slit on the side of the fruit and slide it onto the rim of the glass. This adds a romantic touch and a pop of color to the cocktail.
- Create a heart-shaped garnish: Cut out a small heart shape from a citrus peel, such as a lemon or lime. Place the heart on top of the cocktail for a cute and festive touch.
- Add a rose petal: Place a fresh rose petal on top of the cocktail for a touch of elegance. Not only does it add a beautiful visual element, but it also adds a subtle floral aroma to the drink. Make sure the petal has been rinsed thoroughly before use! A few small lavender buds can also do wonders!
