250 g flour
125 g butter
1 egg5 ml water
1 pinch salt
1 pinch of sugar
Preparation for shortcrust pastry
Sift the flour.
Separate the yolk from the egg white.
In the bowl of food processor: place flour and butter, mixing until obtaining a blast.
Add salt, egg yolk and water, mix again until dough is formed.
Form a ball.
On a floured work surface: place the dough ball, then mill quickly.
Shape the dough again into a ball, wrap in a sheet of plastic and let rest in a cool, dry place for 1 hour or 2 before spread and use. Here you are!
