The Eat Bookmarklet is a free meal planner tool to help you create your weekly meal plan, using any recipes from any website on the web. With an easy to use interface, it's the ultimate meal planning tool for your computer. Whether it’s finding a recipe, meal planning or sharing your meal plans, the Eat Bookmarklet makes it easier for foodies to do what they love – discover, plan, cook, eat and enjoy!

Yes, the Bookmarklet and the Eatwell101's Meal planner are different tools, albeit they share similar functions. While the legacy meal planner lives only on eatwell101.com (Eatwell101's Meal Planner), the Bookmarklet can be used from anywhere on the web.

Once you've installed the Eat Bookmarklet (Install the Bookmarklet Here), you can browse your favorite cooking websites.


Use the Eat bookmarklet to save and organize recipes in your personal meal planner.

  1. When you find a recipe you like on Eatwell101 or any other website, simply click on the Eat Bookmarklet in your favorites bar
  2. A sidebar will show up asking you for which day of the week you'd like to add the recipe. Below the sidebar you'll find your current meal plan
  3. Once the recipe is added to your meal plan, it will automatically update.

When you're ready to print or export your meal plan, click on the "Finalize" button at the bottom of the table. It will send you to this current page with you meal plan ready to print or export as a PDF fie.

  1. When you find a recipe you like on Eatwell101 or any other website, simply click on the Eat Bookmarklet in your favorites bar
  2. A sidebar will show up asking you for which day of the week you'd like to add the recipe. Below the sidebar you'll find your current meal plan
  3. Once the recipe is added to your meal plan, it will automatically update.

To delete a recipe, simply click on the small x at the right of the recipe.

When you're satisfied with you meal plan, click on the "Print or Download PDF" at the bottom of the page. From yoru browser print window, you can choose to print or save your meal plan as a PDF file with all the links working!

  • Print: Print your meal plan from your printer
  • PDF: Your meal plan will be downloaded to your computer as a PDF file, with links to the recipes so you can easily find them later.

Your meal plan is saved into your browser, so you can still browse around, use the bookmarklet, add or remove recipes and finalize when you're ready to print or download. No need to register! No need to log in!
