Make Crisp Bacon In The Microwave

To make perfectly crisp bacon when you’re in a hurry or don’t want a mess over the stove, pop in the microwave wrapped in absorbent paper for about 1-2 minutes per slice (time may vary depending on your microwave). So that makes 6 minutes for 3 slices for instance. The paper will collect all the greasy mess you’re used to find in your frying pan. Get rid of paper, transfer cooked bacon in a plate and enjoy!
