We’ll be honest: up until now, we haven’t done all that much roasting. Maybe because it’s more of a family thing? We consider our test kitchen to be pretty well-equipped but for the first time this year, we’ve felt justified in treating ourselves to a few new kitchen tools — namely some good roasting pans. For those who will be hosting Thanksgiving and end of year Holidays, you know you need it, right? We researched pans in a range of materials and styles, and considered those with and without racks. Calphalon and All-Clad seemed to keep coming out on top in the reviews we read while Cuisinart porvided a cheaper yet good aletrnative, and after few week ends of turkey testing, we’ve put together this short list of our favorite roasting pans.
