Here are some simple healthy eating tips that can have a dramatic effect on your weight and how you feel.

But if you do eat less than the recommended amount you may find that your intake of iron and zinc will be decreased so you may need to include supplements in to your healthy eating plan.

This is great for those people who do not wish to eat red meat, who are vegetarians or who are trying to lower their cholesterol levels. Fruit and Vegetables. Ensure that you include at least 5 healthy servings of these each day as they are both high in fiber and nutrients. You can have fruit juice if you want as part of your healthy eating but they do not actually count as a full serving of fruit.
