Four ingredients and five minutes, this is all you need to make the easiest and healthiest frozen dessert you’ve ever eaten! This raspberry frozen yogurt is incredibly creamy, smooth, and delicious. Who says that ice-cream can’t be delicious and healthy at the same time?
Ingredients list for Raspberry Frozen Yogurt
- 1/2 pound (200g) frozen raspberries (I you use fresh raspberries, freeze them first)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 Greek yogurt
1. Put the yogurt in the freezer for 1 hour.
2. Combine all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor or blender and pulse… it’s ready! Serve immediately. You can store the raspberry frozen yogurt in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month.
