What better way to start a good day off right than enjoying a fresh smoothie, packed with vitamins and nutrients? Blend pear and tangy apple juice together with lamb’s lettuce, and you’ve got a great green smoothie that’s sweet, refreshing and feels cleansing to your whole body!

Ingredients list for Pear Green Smoothie

Yield: About 2 cups

  • 1 large handful of lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 pear
  • 1 cup (25cl) apple juice
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 knob of ginger

Directions

1. Wash, peel and chop all fruits & vegetables.
2. Pulse everything with a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy right away!
