Ingredients for the super kale smoothie
- 1 handful kale (roughly chopped, or spinach, collards greens or a combination)
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 cup (250ml) almond milk
- Poppy seeds (optional)
Super-Fudgy Double Chocolate Brownie
1. Add kale to the blender first, then banana and peanut butter, finish with with the remaining ingredients.
2. Blend until smooth, garnish with poppy seeds and enjoy!
