Ingredients Chocolate Meringues

  • Electric mixer
  • A flexible plastic spatula

Preparation Chocolate Meringues

Remove the oven rack and cover it with a sheet of aluminum foil (or parchment paper).
Preheat oven to 120 ° C.
Then mount the egg whites until stiff using an electric mixer, incorporating mid-term sugar and cocoa powder in small successive doses.
Mix the preparation after beating – using flexible plastic spatula – until the mixture is aerated and homogeneous.
Pour the mixture onto the oven rack covered with a sheet of aluminum foil (or parchment paper) to form four meringues about 10 cm in diameter.
Then put the grid with the meringues in the oven for baking 45 minutes, until the meringues are golden and firm.
When cooked, allow to cool before eating meringues.
