Here is a nice recipe with grilled duck legs and skewered potatoes, perfect for a Sunday BBQ:
Ducks legs …
Potatoes …
A good marinade and voila! Here’s a meal full of flavor for sunny days!
As usual for my marinades, I did not measure ingredients before mixing… I am a little dumb with numbers and I trust the inspiration of the moment much more…
But at least I give you the list of ingredients that I used …
Marinade:
- Fantasy mix from Cook (It consists of black mustard, garlic, paprika, yellow mustard, onion and parsley.)
- Lemon juice
- Garlic
- Paprika
- Chopped parsley
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- Oregano
- Cayenne pepper
- Olive oil
Duck:
Marinate duck legs for 3 hours minimum.
Potatoes:
Wash the potatoes, cook them with steam.
Coat potatoes with the marinade.
Skewer the potatoes.
Cook on the barbecue or grill.
Potatoes are already cooked, so the barbecue grill is just to color skin a little… cooking is quick.
