1/2 jar of dried tomatoes, diced
1 1/2 cup (150g) all-purpose flour
3 eggs
1/4 cup (50g) parmesan
2/5 cup (10cl) of olive oil
2/5 cup (10cl) of milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 tablespoon (10g) butter, softened
2 handfuls of fresh basil
3 1/2 oz (100g) of smoked ham, diced
1 tablespoon mustard
Salt and fresh cracked pepper
5 ounces (150g) high-quality white chocolate, chopped
Zest of 1/2 untreated lime, finely grated
1/5 cup (5cl) of liquid cream
1/2-inch knob (1cm) of fresh grated ginger
1/3 cup (25g) of shredded coconut
4 cups/32 ounces cubed seedless watermelon
Juice of 2-3 seeded limes (or lemons), preferably organic
Liquid honey or agave syrup (according to your taste)
Sparkling water
1/4 cup vegetable oil (plus more for pans)
4 pounds (1.8kg) chicken wings, cut in half at the joint, wing tips removed
8 spring onions (scallions)
1/4 cup chopped, peeled, fresh ginger
2 teaspoons chili flakes (more if you like it spicy)
1 bouillon cube
Salt
Juice of half a lemon
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice or 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
1 pint grape tomatoes, rinsed and halved length-wise (cherry tomatoes are a fine alternative)
2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
